区域可用性Regional Availability

同一个模型，在你所在的区域可能根本没有。A model may simply not exist in the region you are in.

微软官方：并非所有模型与版本组合都在所有区域可用。

相邻版本可能不会同时出现在同一区域。

Microsoft states that not all model and version combinations are available in all regions.

Successive versions may not appear in the same region at the same time.

跨区部署或换供应商前，先确认「这个区域有没有」。Before cross-region deployment or switching vendors, confirm "is it here".
