Inserting human review at specific points in a flow, so a person decides whether to continue or how to change it.
为什么需要知道Why it matters
涉及写文件、发请求、花钱、改数据库的动作，都应该留人工确认。这是控制事故的主要手段。Anything that writes files, sends requests, spends money or modifies a database should have a human checkpoint. This is the main lever against accidents.
