开源保证的是使用权与可改性，不是免费。Open guarantees the right to use and modify, not that it is free.
模型开源了，成本就一定比调用 API 低。Once a model is open, running it is necessarily cheaper than calling an API.
自建仍需要硬件、维护、监控与复核；具体许可证也可能有条件。应在相同任务量和质量要求下比较总成本，不能把下载免费等同于使用免费。Self-hosting still needs hardware, maintenance, monitoring and review, and actual license conditions matter. Compare total costs at equal workload and quality rather than equating free download with free use.
